With fact you have a science journal, with belief you have a research journal for studies.
With fact you have a spell book with working spells, with belief you have a fictional study.
You can make your own arcane magic book, except the effectiveness doesn't work unless the spell has an effective symbol or key word to it.
Most magic 0% works unless you knew the spell's effectiveness and how to use it.
Scientific journal are a much easier approach as arcane takes a greater immense knowledge of dark science.
To preform the spell you must complete all the key elements & terms
Once the terms are met you've completed all that is acquired to complete the spell/experiment.
